32 minutes running 19 laps, 30 minutes swimming 2000 yards, 30 trainer Ran on the track with Hortie in the rain. It was pouring at first, but the temperature felt great after a couple laps. I was at 4.5 miles at 30 minutes. Then I swam and my arms felt sluggish and strained. It was hard to get going. Came home and spun on the trainer for 30 minutes. HR around 120 Post a comment
