Feb 1 – Feb 21st training totals

It has been a solid month of training.  I am very pleased with my swimming and noticing much faster training times with the increased pool time (going from 3 days a week to 5).  I have been running more than I ever have in the past too, breaking 40 miles in a week a couple times.  Not too mention, getting an early start to the biking season while commuting to work almost every work day (it’s cold outside!).  Although I’m battling some fatigue every now and then, I feel pretty good and am thankful to be healthy.
